By accessing our site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
We offer commercial and residential exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Storefront, retail center, and commercial pressure washing
- HOA and property management recurring cleaning programs
- Restaurant, dumpster pad, and drive-thru hot-water degreasing
- House soft washing and residential exterior cleaning
- Driveway, patio, and pool deck cleaning
- Roof soft washing
- Parking lot striping and maintenance
- Graffiti removal
- Paver and concrete sealing
- Rust and specialty stain removal
- Solar panel cleaning
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes provided online, by phone, or via our calculators are estimates only. Final pricing depends on on-site evaluation of property size, surface condition, access, and stain type, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.
Money-Back Guarantee
We back every job with a money-back guarantee covering quality concerns raised within 7 days of service completion. If the work does not match the walk-through agreement, we will return to remedy the issue at no cost or refund the affected portion of the job.
Licensing & Insurance
We are licensed and insured in Nevada and carry general liability and workers compensation coverage on every job. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate access information and address
- Clear the work area of personal belongings before arrival
- Disclose any delicate surfaces, recent repairs, or known issues
- Provide water access where required (we bring our own when not available)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled service are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover crew scheduling. Emergency and weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unreported delicate surfaces, or issues arising from customer-supplied incorrect information.
