## Services

We offer commercial and residential exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

-   HOA and property management recurring cleaning programs
-   Restaurant, dumpster pad, and drive-thru hot-water degreasing
-   House soft washing and residential exterior cleaning
-   Driveway, patio, and pool deck cleaning
-   Roof soft washing
-   Parking lot striping and maintenance
-   Graffiti removal
-   Paver and concrete sealing
-   Rust and specialty stain removal
-   Solar panel cleaning

## Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided online, by phone, or via our calculators are estimates only. Final pricing depends on on-site evaluation of property size, surface condition, access, and stain type, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

## Customer Responsibilities

## Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled service are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover crew scheduling. Emergency and weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case.

## Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, unreported delicate surfaces, or issues arising from customer-supplied incorrect information.
